KT FamilyBox allows family members to share data and membership points, while offering various free benefits such as ‘KT Wi-Fi Passes’ and ‘Birthday Cake Coupons.’ Since the launch of version 2.0, the service has seen a steady increase in users and has become a highly valuable tool for bundled customers who may find themselves short on data or points.

In Korea, numerous telecommunications companies provide bundled discount packages that include mobile, internet, TV, and phone services. Additionally, they offer family-based discounts when multiple family members use the same provider. These discount services play a crucial role in attracting new family customers and preventing churn.

Based on our experience in developing ‘FamilyBox 2.0,’ with an eye towards expanding the service as a marketing platform, we have further evolved the service into the data- and family-centered ‘FamilyBox 3.0.’
